Hello,
On 2021/08/23 I sent you email to lovettya@naver.com regarding problems with my order [20210804-0000107] from 2021/08/04. I received wrong item -"SD17 Lettering Stripe Shirt - Black" instead of "SD17 Lettering Stripe Shirt - Blue" which I ordered. You said that you will give me a refund, but it's been already 2.5 months since you said that and I still haven't received anything. It was my first order at TTYA and I'm afraid to buy anything else from you because of this experience.
Can you please solve this problem and give me a refund/or send the correct item?
